WALKATHON FUNDRAISER 2026

9am - 11am
Get ready to walk, have fun, and show your Keller spirit! Students will walk laps around Keller with their classmates while helping raise money to support programs, classroom resources, and technology for our school. Our course will feature four colorful sections - red, yellow, blue and green - with music, encouragement and plenty of Keller spirit along the way!
Students will enjoy a mini custard treat after the walkathon, generously donated by
Andy's Frozen Custard!
How the Walkathon Works
Students will complete as many laps as they can during the walkathon, laps will be tracked throughout the event by our parent volunteers and teachers. The walkathon promotes physical activity and brings our Keller community together for a good cause.

To get started, first set-up your individual pledge page here. To create an individual page, click the Participation Center Link and select "Sign Up Now". If you have more than one student, be sure to enter the number of participants in the amount box before clicking "Add to Cart". Complete the information for each student and your page will be ready to share with family and friends. Next, share the fundraiser with family and friends.
If you can't create a pledge page and still want to support the Walkathon, please select the donate button below and you will be directed to the Friends of Keller Paypal site directly. You can select the amount you wish to donate. Please add the student's name and grade level and you will be all set.

We are also looking for parent volunteers to help make this event a success. Volunteers will help with course monitoring, lap tracking, cheering stations, water, setup and clean up and other event activities. If you would like to support and cheer on our students, please sign-up here to volunteer!

FAQ's
What does my student wear for the walkathon?
Students should wear comfortable clothes and shoes. This year's walkathon will feature a fun red, yellow, green and blue theme. Students will be assigned a color in the upcoming week's by their teacher.
Does my student need a signed permission slip to participate?
Yes, all students participating in the walkathon is required to complete a permission slip.
Can my student raise money and not participate during the walkathon?
Yes, students and families can still set-up a fundraising page or make donations and not participate during the walkathon. Students can cheer on their classmates during the event or there will be alternative activities available by the administration.
Can I donate without creating a fundraising page?
Yes, families and supporters who prefer to make a direct donation can through the FoK PayPal site. Please include the student's name and level with the donation so we can credit their fundraising efforts.
If my family already donated, do I still need to create a fundraising page, and can my student still participate in the walkathon?
Yes, your student can still participate if your family donated before the kickoff of the walkathon campaign. All donations will be counted towards Keller's total fundraising goal. If you would like to continue fundraising beyond your donation, you are welcome to create an individual fundraising page to share with family and friends, but it is not required for your student to participate.
Does my student have to raise money to participate?
No, fundraising is encouraged, but students are not required to raise a specific amount to participate in the walkathon. We want all students to be able to enjoy the event with their classmates.
